Remote-first · Local when it helps

Helping People with Technology.

Practical, personal technology help for small businesses, nonprofits, clubs, and people who have more important things to do than manage technology.

Start here

Three simple ways to work together.

You do not need to diagnose the problem or know the right technical words first.

02 · Projects

Create, improve, organize, or move something.

Website projects and broader technology or digital projects are scoped around the outcome you need.

03 · Technology Help

Solve a specific problem.

Remote help is the default. Selective local visits are available when being there in person genuinely improves the result.

A practical path

Help or Review → Project when needed → Ongoing Care when useful.

The goal is not to push every customer into a subscription. It is to make the next useful step obvious.

Help or ReviewStart with a specific problem or a $249 Technology Review when the situation is broader.
ProjectIf something needs to be created, repaired, migrated, organized, or improved, scope the work.
Ongoing CareIf the responsibility keeps coming back, Website Care or Technology Partner can keep it from becoming your recurring chore.
Website Care

You run your organization. I’ll take care of the website.

Routine content updates, minor fixes, maintenance, backups where applicable, and ongoing attention for one qualifying website.

$149 / month

Month-to-month. Larger changes and redesigns are quoted separately.

Remote-first by design

Good technology help should not depend on where Travis happens to be sitting.

Most support, reviews, website work, and digital projects are designed to work remotely. That keeps service flexible and makes it possible to help customers beyond Seguin without turning every problem into a drive.

In-person service is selective, generally for businesses and organizations within about 45 minutes of Travis’s current operating location when physical presence adds meaningful value.
