One-time onboarding
$299

Onboarding builds the shared context that makes future support faster, calmer, and less dependent on one person remembering everything.

What you are really buying

Context that gets more useful over time.

Technology Partner is not an unlimited-support plan or a prepaid block of hours. It is a continuity relationship with someone who already understands the important pieces of your organization.

  • Technology Home Base maintained by Travis Technology
  • Customer Technology Snapshot
  • One qualifying Website Care relationship when applicable
  • Routine remote care and ordinary troubleshooting within the plan’s boundaries
  • Priority handling over comparable one-time requests
  • Quarterly 20–30 minute technology check-ins
  • Practical software and purchasing guidance
  • Reasonable vendor coordination
  • Plain-English recommendations about what matters now, next, and later
$299 onboarding

Onboarding creates a usable home base—not paperwork for its own sake.

The goal is to keep the important technology context from living only in somebody’s memory.

1

Technology Home Base

A structured place for the information Travis needs to support the organization without starting from zero every time.

2

Ownership & vendor map

Who controls key accounts, what outside vendors are involved, and where important responsibilities sit.

3

Now / Next / Later roadmap

A practical list of immediate priorities, sensible next improvements, and things that can wait.

Response expectations

Dependable communication without pretending to be a 24/7 help desk.

Most messages receive an initial response within one business day. If an issue is materially stopping the organization from operating, TT will prioritize it when Travis is available. Technology Partner customers receive priority over comparable one-time requests.

An initial response may solve the problem, schedule a remote session, ask for information, involve a vendor, or define the next step. It is not a promise that every issue will be resolved within one business day.

Good fit

Best for organizations that need ongoing help, not constant emergency help.

Usually a good fit

  • Very small business, nonprofit, club, or volunteer organization
  • No internal technology person
  • Remote-first service is workable most of the time
  • Recurring questions and small needs keep coming back
  • Continuity matters more than finding the cheapest isolated fix

Usually not a fit

  • 24/7 emergency response
  • Continuous device or network monitoring
  • Enterprise cybersecurity or formal compliance management
  • Staffed help-desk expectations
  • Frequent on-site service or unlimited access
